Your health is our priority. We’re committed to helping you navigate any obstacles that may keep you from achieving excellent dental health.
Prior to scheduling treatment at our office, you’ll speak with our financial coordinator to discuss the cost of the procedure and the financial specifics of your individual care. If you have insurance, we’ll send a pre-estimate to help you calculate the estimated out-of-pocket cost. If you don’t have insurance, we’ll outline your options.

Accepted Payment Types
We help manage your dental health by making it simple to pay for the care you need. We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover credit cards as well as cash and personal checks. We accept and process many insurance plans and we are in network with Delta Dental Premier and Cigna PPO.
We also offer pre-pay options, allowing you to start paying for your treatment ahead of time.

CareCredit
We’re happpy to accept financing through CareCredit. CareCredit is a healthcare credit card designed to help finance dental treatments.
With no-interest financing options, CareCredit makes it simple to pay off more expensive treatments in a way that fits your budget. Visit their website to apply and see if you qualify.
Cancellation Policy
Our goal is to provide quality dental care in a timely manner. The following policy enables us to better utilize available appointments for our patients in need.
We understand that things come up and schedules change; but in fairness to our doctors, staff, and patients as of May 1, 2022, we will strictly adhere to the following cancellation guidelines. If you find it necessary to cancel your scheduled appointment, 48 business hours is required.
Appointments that are cancelled, missed, or rescheduled without the minimum of a 48-hour notice will be charged a failed/cancelled appointment fee.
If you’re late for an appointment 15 minutes or more, you may be asked to reschedule your appointment and would be subject to a fee.
- Missed Hygiene appointment $50.00
- Missed Doctor appointment 1 hour or less $75.00
- Missed Doctor appointment more than 1 hour $125.00
*Please note appointments more than 2 hours in length require 72-hour notice*
